Shareholders must pay the assessment when purchasing any shareholder membership.
$300 Stock must be purchased one time to become a shareholder. Stock may be paid in a single payment OR over a 6 year period at $50/year.
Annual assessment can be paid alone or with any plan.
Members are classified as adults if they are aged 21 and over. Members are classified as minors up to age 20 and are defined as a natural, foster, or adopted child or any minors that the adult member(s) have legal custody of. Family membership not to exceed (7) individuals. There is no charge for infants under 1 year of age. The club reserves the right to ask for proof of residence for any or all individuals on a membership.

All payments must be received by Friday December 1st if paying by cash/check.
